Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Generation Learn's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. AI Avatar Generation and Usage

The AI avatar generation tool ("Tool") provided by Generation Learn is designed to create digital representations for legitimate personal and business use. By using our Tool, you agree:

• Not to create content that is defamatory, pornographic, harassing, or violates any applicable laws;
• Not to misrepresent another individual's identity without explicit permission;
• To respect intellectual property rights and privacy concerns when creating avatars;
• That Generation Learn retains the right to remove or refuse any content created using our Tool.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

Avatars generated using our Service are subject to the following ownership terms:

• For free tier users: Generation Learn maintains co-ownership rights to all generated content;
• For paid tier users: Users receive exclusive rights to their generated content, subject to the restrictions outlined in these Terms;
• All underlying technology, algorithms, and software remain the exclusive property of Generation Learn.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Generation Learn's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Generation Learn makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Generation Learn or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Generation Learn's website, even if Generation Learn or a Generation Learn authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Generation Learn's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Generation Learn does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Generation Learn may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
