  • Process transactions, verify advance payments, and send related billing information.

For paid tier subscribers, we offer enhanced privacy options that limit the use of your content for AI training purposes, ensuring clear boundaries between customer content ownership and system optimization.

  • Secure service providers who perform payment processing and fraud screening on our behalf.
  • Business partners, strictly with your explicit consent.
  • Legal and financial authorities when required by law, or to provide transaction records to payment schemes to resolve billing disputes.

7. Data Storage, Security & Payment Data

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized processing, loss, or damage. All credit/debit card transactions are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Generation Learn does not store your raw card details on its servers.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements. For free tier users, content may be deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Paid tier users can specify custom retention periods for their content.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to: Access your personal data, request corrections, request deletion, object to or restrict processing, request data transfer, or withdraw consent.

10. Pre-Purchase Acknowledgement (T&C and Policy Consent)

In compliance with e-Commerce merchant criteria, users must confirm and accept our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy by ticking a mandatory checkbox on the order screen prior to the completion of any payment instructions.

11. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
