By purchasing any subscription, credits, or paid services through the Generation Learn platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy.
All services are digital in nature and require advance payment before access is granted.

Generation Learn does not provide physical products or shipping services.
Following successful payment authorization and verification, customers will generally receive access to purchased services, subscriptions, credits, and platform features either immediately or within a reasonable timeframe.

Delivery Timeframes
Typical delivery timeframes include:

Delivery Completion
